2. Description of Service

AIActFlow (the "Service") is an AI-powered compliance assistant that provides information about the EU Artificial Intelligence Act (Regulation 2024/1689) and related guidelines. The Service is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. The AI system may produce errors — always consult a qualified professional before making important decisions.

3. Terms of Use

Registration is required to use the Service. Users must provide accurate information and keep their passwords confidential. The Service may not be used for unlawful purposes, to the detriment of other users, or for automated bulk queries.

4. Subscription Plans and Pricing

The Service offers free and paid subscription plans. Plan limits and prices are published on the pricing page. All prices include applicable taxes. We will notify users of any price changes at least 15 days before the affected billing period via email.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly and processed through Stripe. Users may cancel their subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of the paid period.

5. Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer within the EU, you may withdraw from a paid subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at info@aiactflow.com.

By registering for the free service, you expressly request immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal may not apply once the service has been provided.

6. Limitation of Liability

Responses generated by the Service are informational only. The Service Provider accepts no liability for the accuracy, completeness, or consequences of decisions made based on these responses. Liability is limited to the amount of subscription fees paid by the user.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its content are the intellectual property of the Service Provider. Users may use responses received through the Service for their own business purposes, but may not copy or distribute the Service's software, functionality, or source code.

8. Termination

The Service Provider reserves the right to restrict or terminate a user's access in case of a violation of these terms. Users may delete their account at any time from the Dashboard.

9. Complaints

User complaints can be submitted to info@aiactflow.com and will be addressed within 30 days.

If a complaint is not resolved satisfactorily, EU consumers may use the online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the European Union, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable consumer protection legislation.
